1. Lead Generation
How you generate them doesn't really matter.
What matters is that they are generated.
Here are just a few examples and of course you are not limited to just these...
Online with websites, splash pages, and/or social media.
Offline with flyers, classifieds, and/or business cards.
2. Conversion
Once you have a lead, they need to make that initial purchase.
How will they do that?
Will it be through your website, phone, company website, order form?
3. Continuity
After your lead becomes a customer, are you must be set up so they purchase from you again and again.
This can happen through your company's monthly auto-ship...
A higher priced product...
Maybe some type of advanced training or services you offer.
